Bells of Restoration Ministries is a Christ-centered outreach devoted to seeing lives restored, communities renewed, and leaders equipped for Kingdom impact. Rooted in the heart of the Gospel, we exist to carry the sound of hope, healing, and transformation wherever God sends us.

Our team is led by published authors, Pastor Dr. Isaac Stokes and Street Evangelist Jamie Stokes, serving together with a shared passion for evangelism, discipleship, and leadership development. Alongside them, their children Celina and Jude faithfully serve as Youth Leaders, representing the next generation committed to carrying the message of restoration and faith in Jesus Christ.

We intentionally go beyond the four walls of the church to meet people where they are, sharing the love of Jesus with compassion, truth, and bold faith. Our heart is for evangelism that is relational, accessible, and Spirit-led.
Building Disciples
We walk alongside believers as they grow in faith, grounding them in Scripture, prayer, and community. Through teaching, mentoring, and life-on-life discipleship, we help believers mature into fully devoted followers of Christ.
Empowering Leaders
We equip and release leaders to walk confidently in their God-given calling. By developing character, spiritual authority, and practical leadership skills, we empower individuals to influence their families, churches, workplaces, and communities for the Kingdom of God.
